Students achievements

Students of the M.C.A. programme are multi-faceted and are an eclectic mix from varied background in Computer Science, Physics, Mathematics, Commerce and Management. This diversity is the strength of the MCA programme and contributes immensely to the all-round development of students graduating from the programme. Students of the programme are focused and self-motivated learners, constantly looking for new ways to improve their performance, deepen their understanding of computer science and widen their horizons.

The best way to learn is on-the-job. If that job happens to be in an accomplished and successful organization, a world class institution or start-up working in latest technologies or building applications for the society, then it adds value to an individual. Students of the M.C.A. programme are required to undergo a six-month project final year internship that helps them apply their skills and bridge the transition from a student to a professional.

Students take up one semester full time project internships at industries which enable them to gain hands on experience on real time projects and complete software development life cycle. The following table gives a sample list of industry projects currently being carried out by the final year students.
