Financial Assistance and Scholarship Policy
Our institution is dedicated to helping meritorious and eligible students continue their education through a range of financial aid and scholarship schemes. To ensure smooth processing, applicants are advised to carefully follow the guidelines outlined below.
Application Procedure
- Students wishing to apply for a scholarship must submit a duly completed application to the Office of the Principal. Applications should be filed within 30 days from the date the institute reopens or from the student’s official date of admission, whichever is applicable.
- Applicants must attach all required documents and certificates that support their eligibility for the specific scholarship category. Incomplete applications may not be considered.
Eligibility Conditions and Continuation Criteria
To retain scholarship benefits, students are expected to comply with the academic and behavioral standards prescribed by both the institute and the affiliating university:
- Attendance Requirement: Students must maintain the minimum attendance percentage stipulated by the university.
- One Scholarship Policy: A student is eligible to receive only one scholarship or fee concession at a time.
- Disciplinary Conduct: Scholarships are granted based on trust and responsibility. Any form of misconduct, including involvement in ragging or participation in strikes, may result in immediate cancellation of financial assistance.
