Post Graduate

 Our postgraduate and doctoral offerings are designed for graduates who wish to deepen their expertise in engineering, computing, and management. The institution provides both full-time academic programmes and flexible part-time research options, enabling learners to pursue advanced education alongside professional commitments.

The institution offers full-time M.E. programmes of four semesters duration in the following disciplines:

• Civil Engineering
  

Financial Support 

• Students admitted to the full-time M.E. programme who have qualified in the GATE examination may be considered for a Government of India stipend of ₹12,400 per month, subject to the availability of central funding.

Eligibility : Applicants must possess a B.E. degree in the relevant specialization from Anna University or any other recognized equivalent institution.

The doctoral research programmes encourage innovation and advanced investigation across multiple engineering and science disciplines.

Engineering Disciplines

Both full-time and part-time Ph.D. registrations are available in:

Applicants must hold an M.E. or M.Tech degree in the corresponding field.

Applied Chemistry 

A part-time Ph.D. programme is offered for candidates with an M.Phil in Applied Chemistry or Chemistry, enabling working professionals to engage in advanced research.

Master of Computer Applications (MCA)

A two-year, full-time programme aimed at developing advanced software professionals with strong analytical and programming skills.

Eligibility:

Candidates must hold a three-year degree such as BCA or B.Sc. (Computer Science/Information Technology) with Mathematics as a subject, securing a minimum of 50% aggregate marks (45% for reserved categories).

Master of Business Administration (MBA)

A comprehensive management programme open to graduates from all academic backgrounds, designed to develop leadership and decision-making capabilities.

Eligibility:

Applicants must have a recognized Bachelor’s degree of at least three years duration with 50% marks (45% for reserved categories). B.E./B.Tech graduates and AMIE holders with a minimum of two years of work experience are also eligible to apply.

To support career advancement for working diploma holders, the institution offers eight-semester part-time B.E. programmes in:

• Civil Engineering
• Mechanical Engineering

Eligibility Conditions:

• The diploma must have been completed at least two years prior to the date of application.
• The applicant’s place of employment should be located within a 90 km radius of the institute to ensure feasibility of attendance.

Class Timings :Classes are scheduled during the evening hours, from 6:00 PM to 9:00 PM, to accommodate professional commitments.

Admissions are determined through a weighted merit system: 

Academic Performance (75%) : Based on diploma examination results 

Work Experience (25%) :

• 2 marks awarded for each year of relevant professional experience 
• 1 mark awarded for each year after diploma completion without employment
