Emission Scanning Electron Microscopy (FESEM) Facility at Coimbatore Institute
of Technology (CIT), Coimbatore, Tamil Nadu, provides high-resolution imaging
and elemental characterization of advanced materials. The FESEM with Energy
Dispersive X-ray Spectroscopy (EDS) facility is available for researchers,
students, academic institutions and industries for materials characterization
and consultancy services. enables researchers to obtain detailed information
about the surface morphology, microstructure, particle characteristics, and
elemental distribution of materials at the micro- and nanoscale. The facility
serves as a common characterization platform for research scholars, faculty
