Dr. M. Rajalakshmi

Academic background

Ms.M.Rajalakshmi is currently working as an Professor at Coimbatore Institute of Technology, Coimbatore in the Department of Information Technology. Her area of interests includes Data Structures, Data Mining and Distributed Systems. Her research area is Distributed data mining and privacy preserving data mining and she is also guiding several projects for B.Tech and B.E students.

She did her Ph.D. in Computer Science and Engineering at Anna University, Chennai and she obtained M.E. Computer Science and Engineering from P.S.G. College of Technology, Coimbatore with distinction in the year 2005. She did her Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science and Engineering at Tamilnadu College of Engineering, Coimbatore in 1991. She has 17 years of teaching experience and published four papers in international journal and one paper in international conference.
