Dr. G. Suresh Kannan

Academic background

Dr.G.Sureshkannan is currently working as Associate Professor in department of mechanical engineering at Coimbatore Institute of Technology. He received his B.E. degree in Mechanical Engineering from Bharathiar University, M.E. degree in Engineering Design from Anna University and Ph.D. degree in Mechanical Engineering from Anna University.

He has about 20 years of experience in teaching.  He has got more than 12 publications to his credit and guiding 10 Ph.D. research scholars. He has received research grants from various funding agencies like AICTE, UGC, DST etc and has visited many foreign universities in Malaysia, Norway and The Netherlands.  He has delivered more than 25 invited lectures in various institutions. He is a life member in various professional societies.
