Academic background

Dr. K. Umamaheswari holds a Ph.D. in Information and Communication Engineering from Anna University (2010), M.E. in Computer Science and Engineering from Bharathiar University (2000), and B.E. in Computer Science and Engineering from Bharathidasan University (1989). With over 31 years of academic experience, Dr. K. Umamaheswari served at PSG College of Technology for 25 years from August 2001 to April 2025, contributing extensively to teaching, research, and academic administration. Prior to this, Dr. K. Umamaheswari worked for 6 years at Tamilnadu College of Engineering from 1995 to July 2001, building a strong foundation in engineering education and student development.
